General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with 2E Vertriebs-GmbH.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order during checkout. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any calculated shipping costs. To enable smooth delivery to Switzerland, for reasons of transparency, we inform you that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the supply chain. This does not result in any additional costs for the buyer.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and these GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is not permanently accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

We deliver by shipping. Whether and to which countries we deliver, as well as which shipping costs apply, can be found on our "Delivery & Payment" page.

Self-collection is currently not possible.

5. Payment

The payment methods displayed in the checkout are available to you. Depending on the selected payment method, the charge is made via the integrated payment service provider.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Statutory liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees

If additional guarantees apply to individual products, you will find the exact conditions directly with the respective product or on the corresponding information pages in the shop.

7. Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
