Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

For us to accept your return, please send the items back unused and in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this by post or by email:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

How your return works

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please first inform us of your withdrawal.

Then send the goods back to, or hand them over at, the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
