Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

For us to accept your return, please send the items back unused and in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done by post or email:

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

How your return works

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please first inform us of your withdrawal.

Then, return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
